As part of their online Loyalty program, our client introduced India medical loyalty program to customers that purchase their products. Loyalty points were offered to customers based on their purchase amount of the products and accumulated on further purchases.

Additional bonus points were also awarded based on the larger amounts spent by customer. These loyalty points can be utilized to purchase redemption products offered by purchaser.

E-Learning & Online Assessment

To help create effective e-learning infrastructure for one of our client, the ADDIE instructional design model was applied to the process, from start to finish. ADDIE stands for ‘Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation’.

These are widely considered the essential steps to systematically create the ideal learning intervention for the learner group in question. This case study will outline how the core concepts of ADDIE were applied to provide successful e-learning solutions to client.

Online Distribution Management System

Arokia IT developed web application using latest Microsoft .Net 3.5 frame work technology on n-Tier component based architecture, which gives the application better performance, stability, scalability, maintainability and extensibility to the system.

The component based architecture gives a stable and robust application less prone to crashing of the complete system because of failure of a single component. All components are loaded into memory as and when required. This keeps the memory requirement to the barest minimum, thereby keeping the application light at the client side.
